Seared Black and Gold Salmon Recipe : In Syrena's Kitchen

In this blog, I will be showing you guys how to make vegetable quinoa with roasted potatoes, seared black and gold salmon, seasoned with lemon zest and cracked black pepper quinoa. INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cup of quinoa 3 cups vegetable stock 2t kosher salt 2t cracked black pepper 1/2 green bell pepper diced 1/2 red bell pepper diced 1t minced garlic Bring stock to a boil, add quinoa and let it cook , then add bell pepper and garlic and cook until tender season to liking. roasted potatoes. 3 large potatoes of your liking, I used Idaho in this recipe! 3t Thyme chopped 3t Minced Garlic 1/3 cup Olive Oil 2t kosher Salt 2t black pepper Toss the ingredients together, roast in a 350 degree oven for 15-20
